We supply wheeled bins to new property developments and make a charge to developers. This is to cover administration costs and the delivery of four 240 litre bins for waste and recycling.
As a developer you'll need to pay £129 for the provision of bins to each property. You can order larger bin sizes where needed, depending on the size of the unit and storage space.

We'll work with you throughout the design and construction phases of development to help with enquiries and manage any issues. As residents move in, we'll meet with you to smooth out any teething problems. We'll help residents to make full use of our recycling service.
