Notice of application to vary a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Donna Carroll to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of Peaky's Bar, The Arcade, Barnsley, S70 2QP on the following terms:

Provision of live music, indoors: Friday to Saturday from 7pm until 10pm, Sunday from 4pm to 7pm.
Provision of recorded music, indoors: Monday to Thursday from 12pm until 11pm, Friday to Sunday from 12pm until 12am.
Provision of recorded music, outdoors: Monday to Thursday from 5pm until 11pm, Friday from 5pm until 12am, Saturday from 4pm until 12am and Sunday from 12pm until 12am.
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday to Thursday from 12pm until 11pm, Friday to Saturday from 12pm until 12am.
Opening hours of the premises: Monday to Thursday from 12pm until 11:15pm, Friday to Sunday from 12pm until 12:15am (the following morning).
Non-standard timings: Supply of alcohol extended until midnight on Bank Holidays and New Year’s Eve, with premises open until 12:15am when this applies.
Change of premises plan to include immediate outside area as covered by a pavement café licence.
