If your premises licence has been lost, stolen or become damaged, you can order a replacement online. Only the premises licence holder can request a copy of the licence.
The fee for a replacement licence is £10.50.
If your licence has been stolen you must report this to the police. You'll need to obtain a reference number from them before you can order a replacement licence.
After submitting your form we'll process your application. We'll email/post a copy of the premises licence to you. You'll usually receive this within 10 working days.
