If you no longer need your premises licence you need to tell us straight away. You must also do this if the business stops trading. Please fill in our surrender of licence form and send this to us.
You can send your form to us by:
- email to: licensing@barnsley.gov.uk
- post to: Barnsley Council, Licensing, Regulatory Services, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG.
The licence holder is still liable for any licence fees until the licence has either been:
- surrendered
- transferred to another person
