If you're a licensed taxi driver in Barnsley and your badge has been lost, stolen or damaged, you need to order a replacement one from us. The charge for a replacement badge is £10.50.
When making your request you'll need to tell us your taxi driver licence number and reason for requesting a replacement. You also need to upload a photo that meets the passport-standard rules for digital photos to use on your replacement badge.
After submitting your request we'll post your replacement badge to you. It'll expire on the same date as your existing licence. You'll usually receive it within 10 working days and you can continue to drive until it arrives, unless we tell you otherwise.
If you find your original badge you must destroy it - this is no longer valid after we've issued a replacement.
