When we've approved your application and sent you confirmation of your pitch, we'll send you an invoice for the charge. You can pay your invoice by debit or credit card online.

Renewals
We send out renewal notices to current pitch users in April each year, before the start of the new season. You need to return your renewal form by 15 May. Many pitches are reserved for clubs until this date.
We'll confirm your renewal by 30 June. We'll inform you of:
- the pitch hired
- the balance of payment
- who you'll be sharing the facilities with
After confirmation we'll send you an invoice requesting payment in three instalments. The first should be paid by 31 August and the final by 31 October.
