What is the Inclusive Offer toolkit?
Our Inclusive Offer toolkit is a place where you, as an employer, can access advice, learning and support.
You can:
- View the types of education, training and employment (ETE).
- Browse a range of personal development, behaviour and welfare (PDBW) topics.
- Get support for vulnerable groups.
- Find other resources and support.
As an employer its important you can see the different types of support young people might need. You should also be able to provide that support to your younger workforce as required. You might need support to handle a single issue or you may just want to develop your knowledge to help your young person transition from education to the workplace.
Whatever your needs, we're here to support you and your young person get the most out of your time together.

Our vision
Our vision is:
- To build awareness of the support on offer to managers of young people in education, training and employment (ETE) opportunities in Barnsley
- To create a "one stop shop" area where managers can access advice, learning and support from the Employment and Skills Service
- To enhance the level of personal development, behaviours and welfare (PDBW) support our young people receive when taking part in ETE opportunities, leading to a higher rate of successful employment experiences
