Problems with online forms and maps on our website

We're currently having problems with some of the online forms on our website due to a third-party system issue, so you might see an error saying your postcode isn't valid when trying to fill in or search for your address.

This means you might not be able to:

• apply for a service (such as ordering a bin)

• tell us about something (such as reporting a missed bin collection)

• make a booking (such as making an appointment to register a birth)

If you're not able to complete your request online at this time, please try again later.

We're also having problems with our online maps, so these might not currently be loading properly in our forms.
