Problems with our My Bentax system

We're currently having problems with My Bentax, our system that allows you to see your account for Council Tax, Housing Benefit and business rates online.

This means you won't be able to:

• see your account(s) online
• check your balance
• see when your next payment is due
• read any letters or emails we've sent you
• sign up to Direct Debit

If you're not able to log in at this time, please try again later.

The problems are also affecting some of the systems used by our call centre, so if you phone us we might not be able to help you with your enquiry at the moment.

We're working to fix the issues as soon as we can, and are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
