Athersley (Carlton Road) active travel scheme

The Athersley (Carlton Road) Active Travel Scheme (ATS) proposes to improve active travel infrastructure along Carlton Road and at the Carlton Road/Laithes Lane roundabout in Athersley. The project is expected to take approximately 6 months starting in Spring 2027.
