We're currently unable to accept requests for paid-for pest control treatments or new commercial pest control contracts. These services are suspended until further notice.

If you have a problem with pests, how you report it depends on where the problem is.
Pests not on your property
For pest problems on someone else's property (not your own), you should still tell us about this by filling in our online form. You won’t be charged for doing this.
Rats in council houses
If you live in a council property and have a problem with rats, you should report the rat problem to Berneslai Homes who will arrange for us to attend.
