Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Sangha Retail Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of 140-142 Pogmoor Road, Barnsley, S75 2DX on the following terms:

  • the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises - Monday to Sunday - 11am to 11pm 

  • hours open to the public - Monday to Sunday - 11am to 11pm 

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to: Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight 9 November 2026.

  1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
