The above-named order will come into effect on 26 January 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on the north west and south east sides of Bly Road, Darfield at its junction with Morrison Road and on both sides of Morrison Road, Darfield on the approach to its junction with Bly Road.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 23 January 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
