Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Miss Mia Eaden to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Eaden's Bar 3, 30 High Street, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3RG on the following terms:

  • The performance of live music (indoors): Friday to Sunday 12pm to 9pm 

  • The playing of recorded music (indoors): Wednesday to Thursday 3pm to 9pm, Friday 3pm to 10pm, Saturday 12pm to 10pm and Sunday 12pm to 9pm

  • The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Wednesday and Thursday 3pm to 9:30pm, Friday 3pm to 10:30pm, Saturday 12pm to 10:30pm and Sunday 12pm to 9:30pm

  • Hours open to the public: Wednesday and Thursday 3pm to 10pm, Friday 3pm to 11pm, Saturday 12pm to 11pm and Sunday 12pm to 10pm

  • Non standard timings: supply of alcohol and opening hours to be extended to 1am (the following morning) on New Years Even, all Sundays prior to a Bank Holiday Monday until 11pm and all Bank Holiday Mondays 12pm to 9pm.

Notes:

  1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
