The above-named order will come into effect on 25 May 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on both sides of Hay Green Lane, Birdwell at its junction with Sheffield Road and on the east side of Sheffield Road, Birdwell at its junction with Hay Green Lane.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 22 May 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
