An order will be made to introduce temporary speed restrictions on the below roads, from 10 February 2024 for approximately 5 months. 

• Higham Lane, Higham – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Lane Side Farm to Higham Common Road. 
  
  
• Higham Common Road – Temporary 30mph speed restriction from Higham Lane to existing 30mph speed sign.

Reason

Safely enable construction works for the new road layout.
