Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council by Home Office Immigration Enforcement for a review of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, in respect of Hoyland Mini Market, 21 King Street, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9JU, on the grounds that the premises licence holder does not meeting the following objectives:

  • The prevention of crime and disorder

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above must do so in writing to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk or to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG by midnight of 15 October 2026.

Notes:

  1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
