Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Mr Rakuparan Mahalingam to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of:
Lundwood Local, 343-345 Pontefract Road, Lundwood, Barnsley, S71 5HS
on the following terms:
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
seven days a week - 8am to 11pm
Hours open to the public:
seven days a week - 8am to 11pm

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
