Traffic regulation consolidation order 2018 (amendment number 24) order 2026Details
The above-named order will come into effect on 21 September 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on the north east and north west sides of Market Place/Belle Green Lane and the south west side of Market Place both from its junction with Barnsley Road.
It is also proposed to revoke previous prohibition of waiting at any time restrictions on both sides of the north eastern leg of the Market Place, Cudworth from its junction with Market Place.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 18 September 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
