Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by the JDS Group Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of, Spar Hoyland, 2 King street, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9JP on the following terms:

  • Late night refreshments, Friday to Saturday 11pm to 2am

  • Supply of alcohol, Monday to Thursday and Sunday 6am to 11pm, Friday to Saturday 6am to 2am

  • Opening hours, Monday to Thursday and Sunday 6am to 11pm, Friday to Saturday 6am to 2am

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licencing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 17 September 2026.
