The above-named order will come into effect on 10 August 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on the North side of Longcar Lane at its junction of Spring Gardens on both sides and on the west side and east side of Spring Gardens at its junction with Longcar lane on both sides.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 7 August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
