We're responsible for licensing gambling activities in Barnsley and must review our statement of gambling policy every 3 years to comply with The Gambling Act 2005 and our responsibilities.
The policy explains the rules and principles we follow when carrying out our duties under the Gambling Act 2005.
We've created a statement of gambling policy 2026-2029 and we'd like to hear your views on it. We're running a consultation from Friday 23 October 2026 until midnight Friday 26 February 2027.
