Notice is hereby given that application has ben made by Hartwood Estates Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a shadow premises licence in respect of, The Eve Lounge, 7 Pitt Street, Barnsley, S70 1AL, on the following terms:

  • The performance of live music (indoors), Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6am

  • The performance of live music (outdoors), Sunday to Thursday 12pm to 12am Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays 12pm to 1am

  • The playing of recorded music (indoors), Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6am

  • The playing of recorded music (outdoors), Sunday to Thursday 12pm to 12am Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays 12pm to 1am

  • Late night refreshment (indoors), Monday to Sunday 11pm to 5am

  • The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday to Sunday 12pm to 5:45am

  • Hours open to the public, Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6am

This shadow premises licence application proposes to mirror the conditions on the existing premises licence.

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services (Licensing) PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by 29 October 2026.
