Notice is hereby given that application has been made by True North Brew Co Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of True North Tipi, Glass Works Square, The Glass Works, Barnsley, S70 1GW on the following terms:
The performance of live music (indoors): 7 days a week - 10am to 11pm.
The playing of recorded music (indoors): 7 days a week - 10am to 11pm.
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: 7 days a week - 10am to 11pm.
Hours open to the public – to match the above.
Non-standard timings: all licensable activities to be extended to 1am (the following morning) on New Year's Eve and venue open until 1:30am.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to: Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by 30 September 2026.

Notes:
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
