Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Urban Restaurants Group Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of:

Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries, 44 The Glass Works, Barnsley, S70 1GW

on the following terms:

  • The playing of recorded music (indoors): 7 days a week - 7am to 12am

  • The provision of late night refreshment (both indoors and outdoors) - 7 days a week, 11pm to 12am

  • The supply of alcohol for consumption (both on and off the premises) - 7 days a week, 10am to 12am

  • Hours open to the public - 7 days a week, 7am to 12am

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services (Licensing) PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by 12 August 2026.

statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
