Spillages of business waste

If we spill anything when emptying your business waste containers, you can let us know using our online form. Please include your business name, address and full details of the spillage when filling in the form.

We may charge you for clearing up the spillage if it happened because you:

overfilled your bins
filled your bins with inappropriate waste

Report a spilled bin

What happens next

After receiving your report we'll contact you and either advise you how you can deal with the spillage yourself, or we'll return to clean it up.
