Disruptions to bin collections
Waste service update - Wednesday 31 December 2025
Our crews have been out working today to collect all outstanding grey and brown bins from last week, as well as the grey and brown bins that would have been due for collection on Tuesday 30 December.
If your road has been missed due to access issues for our collection vehicle, we'll try and recover these collections as soon as possible.
We know many people are at home enjoying an extended Christmas holiday, so please remember if you need to park on the road to leave access for our collection vehicles. The following list of streets are those where we've had access issues today:

No collections will be running on Thursday 1 January 2026 (New Year's Day).
Collections will resume on Friday 2 January 2026. In addition to collecting grey and brown bins that were due on Wednesday 31 December, we'll resume the collection of blue bins that would have been due on Christmas Day (25 December).
Please don't call our contact centre as they're unable to give you any further information about the disruptions. We'll continue to provide service updates on this webpage.
