Disruptions to bin collections
Green bin collections
We're currently running behind with green bin (garden waste) collections. Please continue to put your bin out on your scheduled green bin collection day and we'll collect it as soon as we can. We're sorry for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
Grey and blue bin collections
We also have some disruptions to grey and blue bin collections. This is due to our small access vehicle being off road. We're hoping to have a second vehicle available this week so we can recover all the missed collections.
We're very sorry for this inconvenience. Providing a safe waste and recycling collection is our number one priority and therefore we need to use the right sized vehicle for these collections.
Current disruptions
If we don't manage to complete a scheduled bin collection and the whole street is affected, you don't need to contact us. We'll already know there's been a problem and will arrange a new collection date. Please leave your bin out and we'll come back for it as soon as we can.
If it's just your own bin that hasn't been emptied, or your street has been missed but isn't on our list of known disruptions below, you can report a missed bin online.
