Her Future is our empowerment programme for girls and young women, creating safe spaces where they can explore the issues that shape their lives and futures.
Delivered in various settings and through street-based youth work, the programme combines trusted youth work relationships with purposeful group work and targeted interventions.
Young women build confidence, strengthen self-worth and develop a greater understanding of the social pressures and inequalities they may face.

Our aim
Our aim is to help young women feel safer, more confident in who they are and better equipped to challenge harmful norms, advocate for themselves and make informed choices about their futures.
Through positive relationships, supportive environments and targeted interventions, Her Future empowers young women to recognise their value, find their voice and shape their own path.
