Our homelessness and housing advice service is based on the second floor in Wellington House on Wellington Street, Barnsley.

For other services you can visit one of our libraries where you can access our online services to pay, apply for a service or tell us about something.

If you need face-to-face support

If you need some help from one of our officers, for example to fill in a form or to explain something you don't understand, you'll need to make an appointment to see someone at one of the libraries below.

Call (01226) 773555 between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday to make an appointment.

When you call we'll try to answer your query over the phone, but if we can't we'll make you an appointment to come and see us, usually within two working days from your call, at one of these locations:

Making payments 

We don't accept cash or cheque payments at any of our libraries.
