Staying active

Being active and taking regular exercise is one of the best ways to look after your health and wellbeing.

Whether it's walking in our parks and open spaces, swimming at one of our leisure centres, going for a run or cycle, or even doing a dance routine at home, there's plenty of ways to exercise over the holidays.

Beat the Street

Beat the Street is a fun community challenge to see who can walk, run or cycle the furthest by the end of the game. It runs from 10 June to 22 July 2021.

Winning teams can win hundreds of pounds worth of prizes!
