How to apply

To apply for the Head of Innovation role, please submit an up-to-date copy of your CV (Word or PDF format, up to three pages maximum), along with a separate supporting statement (Word or PDF format, up to three pages maximum) that addresses the criteria set out in the job profile.

You should include examples that demonstrate how you meet the essential requirements for the role.

Your application must also include the following:

• your full contact details
• names, positions, organisations and contact details for two referees (we'll ask your permission before contacting these referees)
• notification of any dates when you're not available, or where you may have difficulty with the outlined timetable
