Computers, printing and scanning
Our libraries are more than just a place for books – they’re a digital hub for the community.
Whether you need to use a computer, connect to the internet, charge your device, or access printing and scanning facilities, we’ve got you covered.
We provide a welcoming space where you can work, learn, and connect.
Computers
You can use our PCs to get online and use office applications.
PCs can be used for two hours. You can book a PC at a library online or by calling 01226 773555.
If you're a library member, you'll need to bring your library card with you. If you don't have your library card or you're not a member you'll need some ID showing your name.
Please note, only one person can use a PC at a time and use of our PCs close 15 minutes before the library closes.
Printing and scanning
You can print documents in black and white or colour at all of our libraries free of charge.
Every library also has free-to-use scanning and photocopying facilities available.

WiFi
You can access the internet at all of our libraries by connecting your smartphone, tablet or laptop to our free WiFi.
If you need help connecting to the WiFi, a member of staff can support you.
You can also use our tablets to get online in Library @ the Lightbox.
