Complain about a licensed premises

You may want to complain about a licensed premises if you feel its operation isn't meeting the licensing objectives. These are:

  • the prevention of crime and disorder
  • public safety
  • the prevention of public nuisance
  • the protection of children from harm

You can fill in our online form to make a complaint. Please tell us as much detail as possible, including the name and location of the premises and the reason for your complaint.
