“Our beautiful parks and green spaces never fail to excel in the Yorkshire in Bloom awards and it’s fantastic to see Barnsley represented so prominently in this year’s winners.

“We are incredibly proud to have an army of volunteers across the borough who work tirelessly every week throughout the year to keep Barnsley and our parks, gardens, and green spaces clean and green.

“I would like to congratulate everyone who took part in this year’s judging process and all of our award winners.

“To see such a broad representation of places winning an award is brilliant and it’s a testament to the hard work of our volunteers, community groups and our Parks team who get Barnsley looking its best.”
