Our Digital and ICT courses are for anyone looking to improve their confidence in using digital skills in everyday situations or at work. They cover the essential skills you’ll need for the digital world we now live in, whether that’s using a device such as a tablet or a phone, being safe online or creating and editing documents.

We understand that many people want to get better at using a digital device, but you might feel like it's something you can't do on your own, don’t worry – you’re definitely not alone in feeling that way.

This course is right for you if:

  • you're not confident in using your phone or tablet for more than calls, texts or messaging

  • are anxious about being online or worried about getting scammed

You can then move on to the following courses:

Introduction to ICT course

This course is right for you if:

  • you're confident in using a range of digital devices such as smart phone, tablet or laptop

  • you want to improve your skills and knowledge or gain a recognised qualification to enhance your CV

You can then move on to the following course:

  • Exploring Microsoft Office 365

Next steps

If you wish to continue your digital journey and gain qualifications in the subject that suits your level and goals you may progress onto one of the following courses:
