Barnsley 2040 is a partnership programme bringing together organisations from across the borough to create a shared long-term vision for Barnsley's future.
Building on the foundations of Barnsley 2030, partners are working together to listen to residents, communities, businesses and stakeholders, ensuring the vision reflects the ambitions, needs and aspirations of the people who live and work here.
