Minibus permits can be issued to voluntary and non-profit making groups. They're also known as Section 19 permits. They'll be related to:
- religion
- education
- recreation
- social welfare
- other activities of benefit to the borough
Permits can allow the use of a minibus with between nine and 16 passenger seats for hire. We can issue these under certain conditions. At times we can do it without the need for the driver to hold a Public Service Vehicle operator's licence.
