The Lieutenancy Office is based at Barnsley Town Hall and covers all the areas in South Yorkshire - Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield.
Alison Riddell is the primary point of contact for all enquiries. She's also the person to who invitations should be addressed.
The Lieutenancy Officer, Phil Barraclough, is in charge of helping the Lord-Lieutenant assessing venues for royal visits. He also advises on protocol and oversees the process of visits and honours awards.
