Tell us as soon as you notice you have a pest problem. You can request pest control and pay by debit/credit card using our online form. Make sure you fill in all the required fields so that we can deal with your request quickly.
We'll confirm your order immediately, and aim to attend the next working day to inspect or treat the problem. During our inspection we'll give you details of the recommended treatment and advise you on the safe use of pesticides.
Problems with bees
There's lots of species of wasp, hornet and bee found around the world. Only a few of these are real pests in the UK, and some of them don't sting. Species such as the honey bee are valuable to the ecosystem. Read the Bumblebee Conservation Trust's information on bees.
If you have a problem with bees we'll aim to relocate their nest; it's illegal to have them destroyed. Where we can't do this we'll only charge a call-out fee of £30 and refund you the difference.
