Disney Dance-Alongs 

This Girl Can has partnered with Disney and real families across England. They've captured some of the ways mums and kids get moving to the songs they love. You can learn their moves or put your own spin on their routines.  At the end of the day, it’s about breaking a sweat while having a bit of fun!

Change4Life have lots of fun activities. Take a look at ‘The 10 Minute Shake Up’ that you and your children can do to get active at home or in your local area.

The Daily Mile

The Daily Mile is an inclusive, free and simple initiative which improves the physical and mental health of children. It’s a social activity where the children run or jog, at their own pace, for 15 minutes every day. 

Cosmic Kids

Yoga, Mindfulness and Relaxation designed for children aged 3 and over. Check out the videos that use famous cartoon characters and movie songs!
