Order a bin
You might need to order a bin if:
yours is split, broken, the lid is damaged, or any of the wheels are missing
we've added a red tag to your bin telling you it's damaged and is unsafe to empty
yours has gone missing or has been stolen
you've moved into a property and you don’t have any bins
If you've moved into a new build or a private rented property, you should have a full set of bins already. If not, speak to your builder or landlord before placing an order with us. If you've moved into a property that isn't a new build, or is a Berneslai Homes property, it's your responsibility to replace any damaged or missing bins.

When we drop the bin(s) off we'll take away any bins that you no longer need, even if they're full. Please make sure that we have access to them.
Whilst waiting for your bin(s) you can take your recyclable, non-recyclable and garden waste to any of our household waste recycling centres.
Replacements for damaged bins
If you've ordered a bin to replace one you've reported as damaged, we'll check the damage when we deliver your new bin. We won't leave you a replacement bin if your old one isn't damaged, or if it's a green or grey bin delivered free under warranty but we find your existing bin is more than five years old.
