Share the love and visit our Valentine’s Day market in Penistone

Make a date to visit Penistone for our Valentine’s Day market, complete with specialist traders and live entertainment.

Penistone Market Barn is at the heart of the community and will host the themed event from 8.30am to 2pm on Saturday 14 February.

It’s a great opportunity for new and existing traders to reach a wider audience and for everyone to show their love for their local market.

There will be live entertainment for shoppers to enjoy, including:
•    Valentine’s Day crafts for kids
•    Music from Barnsley Flute Choir from 11am
•    Photo booth

You can also browse specialist stalls alongside our regular traders. 
 
Cllr Robin Franklin, cabinet spokesperson for regeneration and culture, said: “We’re excited to bring this special Valentine’s market to Penistone and hope everyone will take the chance to enjoy the special entertainment we have in store.

“Our markets at the heart of our communities, playing a vital part in ensuring our high streets and town centres are thriving, and events like this aim to add to their appeal.
