Planning Explorer
Planning Explorer allows you to search, view and comment on planning applications we've received. You can also view a list of recent applications.
New applications are usually available to view in Planning Explorer within five working days of the date we receive a full and valid application.
Before using Planning Explorer, please read the advice and terms of use below. By accessing the system you're agreeing that you've read, understood and will abide by these terms.
Decisions
Planning applications marked with 'D' are those where the decision is delegated to the Assistant Director. Applications marked with 'C' are those that need to be referred to the council's Planning Regulatory Board.
Please note: it is possible that some applications marked as delegated may be referred to the Planning Regulatory Board for a decision.
Missing applications
Any submitted planning applications that are missing from Planning Explorer are invalid applications. These could be applications where we're currently waiting for more details or documents. These applications will be added in the future when the application is registered.
