Only use this form to report a spilled bin if it's in the borough and you've not already reported it to us.
When we receive your report we'll come back as soon as we can to clear up the spillage.
If your bin has blown over due to bad weather, it's your responsibility to pick it up. Please make sure that your bin is as secure as it can be, especially during bad weather. If it's empty it's more likely to tip, consider whether you need to move it to a place where it's less likely to be blown over.
