Trade at Barnsley indoor market

Barnsley indoor market has stalls to let on a permanent basis. They trade six days a week - Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm.

We’re looking for retailers to expand and complement our existing offer providing what we believe will be the best in the region. We’re specifically looking for providers who:

• can provide a strong offer to complement our established providers
• have innovative concepts that will attract new customers into the market

About the indoor market

The Glass Works development created a new home for Barnsley Market. It's the perfect environment for customers to experience the sights, smells and sounds, and the hustle and bustle of a thriving traditional market whilst creating a real destination for shopping and relaxation.

The design and layout has retained the traditional values of the market in the heart of the town, whilst providing a new exciting environment for traders to grow and develop. The market is home to over 120 stalls offering a diverse product mix across two retail floors.

Units have been designed to the highest possible standard striking a balance between a uniformed look and feel whilst providing traders with the ability to apply their own branding and marketing.

The core vision of the new market is Value, Quality and Tradition. This makes sure customers receive the highest possible quality in terms of products and at market prices ensuring value for money. The market celebrates and recognise its strong tradition and heritage whilst embracing the opportunities that exist within a modern commercial setting.
