Oxspring Parish Council has submitted the Oxspring Neighbourhood Development Plan proposal to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for independent examination.
Under paragraph 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, we're publicising the plan proposal and asking for comments from people who live, work or carry out business in the Oxspring Neighbourhood Area, and any consultation body referred to in the consultation statement.
The consultation runs from 10am Friday 3 August until 5pm Friday 14 September 2018. You can view the relevant documents online below, or see paper copies of them at Barnsley Central Library and Penistone Library.

How to make representations
If you'd like to make a representation on the Oxspring Neighbourhood Development Plan, you can send it to us by email or in writing to: Planning Policy, Regeneration and Property, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG.
We encourage you to use the response form above; paper copies of this are also available at both Central and Penistone library. Please make sure your representation is submitted to us by 5pm on Friday 14 September 2018. All comments should state which policy they concern.

Representations can include a request to be notified of our decision (under regulation 19 - decision on a plan proposal) to make (adopt) the submitted neighbourhood development plan for Oxspring.
